Citizens Advice Denbighshire (CAD) offers information and advice services to support people across the county. Our staff and volunteers operate from centres in Rhyl, Ruthin and Denbigh with outreach services too.
CAD’s mission is to reduce poverty, improve financial and personal resilience, and prevent homelessness, thereby contributing to improved wellbeing within the community.
The role
We are recruiting a Chief Executive Officer to lead and develop our organisation. The successful candidate will have the ability to:
1. motivate and get the best from staff and volunteers in an environment where everyone’s contribution is valued
2. identify priorities, develop ideas and opportunities, delegate effectively, and take day-to-day decisions on running the organisation
3. direct and manage income generation, working to develop and diversify the funding base
4. maintain financial control within budget heads ensuring that finances are properly administered and monitored
5. foster and grow strong relationships with stakeholders, partners and funders.
