Job Description
As a Food & Beverage Superviso r you will be responsible for leading teams to deliver great hospitality across our Restaurant, Sports Bar, Lounge Bar, Meeting Rooms and Event space.
* Supervise daily food and beverage operations
* Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
* Coordinate staff schedules and manage shifts
* Address and resolve customer complaints and inquiries
* Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed
* Maintain high standards of service quality and efficiency
* Train and mentor new staff members
* Conduct regular inspections to ensure cleanliness and organisation
* Collaborate with other departments to achieve overall success
