What you’ll be doing Using every trick in the marketing playbook to drive lead generation for our team Getting hands on with multi-channel marketing - think paid media, email campaigns, content creation, website optimisation, and more Tracking, analysing and optimising campaign performance to boost conversions and effectiveness Running test-and-learn campaigns to refine messaging, channels, and audience targeting Creating compelling content that speaks directly to our audience Owning and developing our digital marketing strategy, covering paid search, paid social, email marketing, website performance and beyond Running A/B testing to enhance website conversion rates through smart design, structure, and content tweaks Keeping a close eye on industry trends and competitors, always looking for fresh opportunities Managing and optimising our WordPress website - experience is essential Using HubSpot (if you’ve got experience, that’s a bonus) What’s in it for you?
