IT Support Engineer / Service Desk Support Engineer (2nd & 3rd Line) As a Support Engineer will be able to find & solve problems, or simply make changes where required to the project/product you are working on. You will be comfortable in taking responsibility for the IT Support within the business, and have a passion for solving problems. Our IT Support Engineers are an integral member of our team and are involved influencing the support of sophisticated solutions and ensuring their robustness. Experience of supporting multi-site clients. 2nd - 3rd Line Support is essential. A valid UK Driving License.
