Pub Layout: The main bar and servery is accessed via the front door of the pub, you are welcomed by a servery containing both fixed and loose seating and a corner bar with a range of standard and premium drinks. To the right of the bar, there is a raised area, currently used as a lounge/games room and sometimes to host bands and DJs. Behind the bar area, you will access a catering kitchen, providing the opportunity to offer food and dining. Externally, there is a small beer garden and car park.
Trading Style: The Green Man is a community pub that is well recognised by the locals. It holds events, such as live music and also has a pool team which brings trade in mid-week. The pub should have a good range of cask ales, a varied wine and spirits offer and be the place to go to meet your friends or family for a nice drink and to have a great experience that makes you want to return time and time again.

Training: £350.00 – Before signing a long-term agreement, you will be required to attend our 7 Steps to Sales Success training programme. Held online over two days, you will learn marketing and business strategies that will help you to grow sales in your pub – step-by-step.
