* Salary: £36,000 - £38,000 per annum
* Working hours: Week 1 – Mon to Fri 7.00 am to 3.30 pm / Week 2 – Mon to Fri 9.30 am to 6.00 pm / Week 3 - Mon to Fri 7.00 am to 3.30 pm / Week 4 - Mon to Fri 9.30 am to 6.00 pm (On call at night & over weekend) There is a day off during the week following on call week (currently a Tuesday)

What You’ll Do: As a Transport Planner, you’ll be at the heart of the action:
* Coordinate and Optimise: Plan daily and weekly schedules to ensure seamless operations.
* Customer-Focused: Manage additional customer orders, exceeding expectations every time.
* Compliance Champion: Ensure drivers and vehicles adhere to EU Tachograph Regulations and Working Time Directive (WTD).
* Team Collaborator: Work closely with the fleet maintenance team to keep standards high.
* Policy Adherence: Maintain legal, environmental, and company policy compliance across operations.
What You’ll Bring:
* Proven experience in transport planning.
* Knowledge of EU Tachograph Laws and WTD.
* Exceptional communication skills to engage effectively with customers, drivers and stakeholders.
* A detail-oriented mindset with the ability to manage competing priorities under pressure.
