At TFG we are keen to hire a Head Of Human Resources on a 12 month fixed term contract. Looking after Central Teams portfolio in Hobbs and Whistles, you will lead on HR operations for the brands, provide a high standard of service to our main stakeholders, lead the HR team and drove forward the projects already in flight. Building on your HR Leadership, Business Partnering and influencing skills, this is a great role to have a real impact on the growth of the people function in 2 iconic premium brands. The key accountabilities and KPIs as Head of Human Resources include: Work in partnership with the Central Teams functions to actively manage all aspects of Human Resources related matters Partner closely with the Chief People Officer, Heads of HR for our other brands, Head of Talent and Head of Compensation & Benefits within TFG London Group to achieve relevant alignment to the Groups People strategy Drive projects throughout the business gaining support and buy-in, with the ability to change priorities and direction to meet business needs Coach, support, and advise the senior team on all HR related aspects within their teams Lead, develop and motivate the HR team to deliver a value-added HR service Actively monitor and manage all People related KPIs and suggest initiatives for improvement where necessary Manage departmental budget and ensure ROI on all initiatives Provide support and guidance to all Heads of Departments on all employee relations matters Work with the Group People Director on new legislation, ensuring timely and effective communication and implementation of new regulations To be successful in the role of Head of Human Resources you will be a seasoned HR leader comfortable building relationships with and influencing key stakeholders, You will be equally adept delivering operational requirements and adding value to senior stakeholders at strategic level whilst supporting the growth and development of your team members.
