The Role
They're on the lookout for an experienced Account Coordinator to join their EU Trailers Department. Youll be working in a fast-paced environment, liaising with hauliers, freight forwarders, and customers to coordinate the smooth movement of goods across Europe.
Key Responsibilities:
Arrange collections and deliveries in line with arrival and sailing schedules
Liaise with hauliers, freight forwarders, and customers to ensure on-time deliveries
Track cargo and maintain clear stock visibility with the team
Manage documentation related to stock and deliveries
Handle UK and potentially EU customs clearance
Prepare and issue daily and weekly operational reports
Negotiate competitive rates with transport partners
Ensure all departmental deadlines are met
Collaborate with colleagues for seamless customer service
Create and send customer invoices

The Ideal Candidate:
They're looking for someone who thrives in logistics and is passionate about delivering excellent service. About you:
2+ years of experience in European Road Freight
Background in freight forwarding or distribution
Strong communication and telephone skills
Confident using computers and systems (training provided)
Knowledge of customs clearance and EU documentation desirable
Team player with the ability to work independently
Willing to learn and grow within the role
