Working Pattern: Monday, Wednesday, and Fridays from 8am - 2pm (18 hours per week) for a fixed-term of 12 months.

As the first point of contact, you will be the face of the institution, providing a warm welcome and professional support to patients, staff, external partners, visitors, students, and members of the public. Your key responsibilities will include:
1. Assisting with queries, enquiries, and appointment bookings.
2. Overseeing day-to-day operations to ensure smooth service delivery.
3. Providing team support and maintaining a high standard of customer service.
