The Opportunity In this pivotal role, you'll provide high-quality, reliable data and information to support the College in funding compliance and informed decision-making. Your key responsibilities will include overseeing the collection, analysis, and reporting of student data, ensuring strict adherence to external regulatory requirements, and expertly managing examination and assessment services. You'll work closely with academic and administrative staff, leading a team of 8 to ensure the efficient use of MIS systems and that examinations are conducted in line with national standards and regulations. About you You will bring your team management and leadership experience to our dynamic environment, where your ability to inspire, motivate, and develop staff will show. A deep understanding of the Further Education sector and the regulatory landscape for exams and MIS is essential for this role.
