Tracks and reports data for the Sales Academy and examines and communicates performance gaps before they impact the business. Creates common behavior and a common language for all current Sales employees and leaders as well as any new inductees. Creates cohesion for all new hires and sales employees who join organically or through acquisition in partnership with our Talent Development and HR Ops team. Develops and maintains a role skills matrix and job arch for Sales, liaising with HRBPs, TA and HR Ops as required Builds, publishes, and edits content in a learning management system Handles annual and ad hoc Sales training requests and inquires Designs and creates an all-inclusive Sales Academy section on Global TD SharePoint Facilitates the internal (and potentially external) knowledge sharing podcast with related vendor, internal stakeholders, and/or the customer(s). Innovates to develop learning in the flow of work/real-time knowledge platforms/frameworks. Develops clear, specific training objectives, chunked by highest business impact content. Designs training frameworks and develop training materials. Creates learning assessments and use data for continuous improvement. Liaises with Pre-Sales, Business Development Executives, Account Managers, Sales leaders, and others to make sure to deliver desired outcomes. Conducts accuracy audits to update and maintain content twice annually Completes special projects as required Presents content to stakeholders as required.
