Key Responsibilities:
1. Maintain and update the sales and purchase ledgers accurately and timely.
2. Process invoices, credit notes, and payments using Sage (experience essential).
3. Reconcile supplier statements and resolve discrepancies.
4. Assist with month-end processes, including ledger reviews and adjustments.
5. Liaise with suppliers and internal teams to address and resolve queries.
6. Support the wider business with ad-hoc administrative and financial tasks.
About You:
1. Experience in sales and purchase ledger roles is essential.
2. Proficient in Sage accounting software (mandatory).
3. Strong numerical skills and attention to detail.
4. Excellent organisational and time-management abilities.
5. A proactive approach to problem-solving and the ability to work independently.
6. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
