Job Description SIXT UK is growing rapidly and has great ambitions to accelerate further. The UK damage department are responsible for handling all damage caused to a SIXT vehicle in the U.K. The role of the Damage Agent will be to manage and monitor all stolen and overdue vehicles in the UK, to be the main point of contact for all risk customers and handle all queries relating to risk customers. The Damage Agent will be responsible for handling all data protection requests received from police and governing bodies. Please note that this is a part time role working 20 hours per week YOUR ROLE AT SIXT Manage & monitor reported overdue/stolen vehicles. Add customers to risk database. Be a contact for any internal Depts, for any risk customers / enquires. Handling all retail customer disputes and queries in line with departments KPI’s. Uploading new infleeted vehicles to SIXT insurance policy via the MID portal and ensure all vehicles are insured. Responding to & actioning all Data protection requests received from the police. Handling complaints received from the British vehicle rental and leasing association. Provide feedback to Ops trainer on quality and any processes that need to reviewed. Other Ad-hoc duties based on department needs.
