At Chase Virtual Solutions we specialise in providing virtual administration support to clients across the UK. We offer a professional, premium and personalised service to support our clients in the day to day running of their business. Due to continued growth, we are looking to appoint a number of positions including an Executive Assistant / Personal Administrator / Office Manager. Our work is fast paced, so someone who is confident with great organisational skills and good attention to detail. What you'll do: Manage diaries proactively to ensure annual client meetings booked in and completed on time Preparing supporting paperwork in advance of meetings, producing client reports, post meeting logs and ensuring all important actions and decisions are captured and followed up as required Act as the first point of contact, handling phone calls and client enquiries with internal and external stakeholders Drive client marketing including social media and online engagement Completing applications for new client investments, preparation of documents and submisison to 3rd party providers What we're looking for: Proven track record working in a customer facing role and good administration skills Outstanding organisational and multitasking skills, with the ability to prioritise conflicting demands.
