Skills, Experience & Responsibilities for the role of Associate (CIAT/ ARB)
1. You will be an accomplished Senior Architect or Senior Architectural Technician/ Technologist who is already working at Associate level or looking to step up to this level.
2. Lead and manage architectural projects from conception through to completion, ensuring client expectations are met and exceeded.
3. Collaborate closely with clients to understand their aspirations and deliver tailored design solutions.
4. Oversee project teams, providing guidance and mentorship to ensure the highest standards of design and delivery.
5. Foster and maintain strong client relationships, aiming for long-term partnerships built on trust.
6. Strong portfolio demonstrating expertise with industrial projects or relevant sectors.
7. Excellent client management skills, with a track record of director-led project delivery.
8. Strong leadership abilities, with experience in managing and mentoring project teams.
9. Flexibility and adaptability to respond to unforeseen project developments, ensuring services remain cost-effective and aligned with client requirements.
