Job summary As an Apprentice Cardiac Physiologist you will be required to work under close supervision to gain the experience and qualifications required to become an autonomous practitioner within the CIU department. Training will be provided to develop your non-invasive skills, of which you will be expected to perform unsupervised once reaching a level of competence. Training will also be provided for specialised cardiac investigations such as interventional cardiology, permanent pacemaker implants & follow-up.
