What will I be doing as Proposals Lead?
* Build compelling submissions for the proposal team and the wider business, ensuring each submission follows its bespoke win strategy.
* Analyse processes to ensure data led decisions are always at the forefront of all projects.
* Support with commercial elements of tender opportunities – working to a strict deadline, ensuring that we are best placed to win the opportunity
* Use a variety of systems like Word and Excel to review and collect data for analysing
* Spot trends and patterns to help future decision making.
* Support with the team strategy and direction by being involved in competitor analysis and identifying what enhancements we can make to our own processes.
* Evaluate, develop, and manage the full suite of Public Sector Frameworks across the Chubb F&S business
Qualifications
What we would like you to bring to the role:
We are open to those coming straight from a bids / proposals role or those with more of a technical or design background with an understanding of the tender process
* Proven experience within a similar role with a good knowledge of procurement and the tender process
* A flare for creative content writing that engages, with excellent attention to detail
* Proficient with Microsoft Office and proposal / RFP software
* Excellent communication and presentation skills with the confidence to bring together the necessary people within the business.
* Understanding of Sales and Service Partnerships and the role of Frameworks would be a plus
* The ability to spot continuous improvement opportunities and the confidence to bring these ideas forward
* A Customer orientated mindset and the ability to work well under pressure and self-manage.
* Experience within a similar industry would be preferred
