We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Channel Partnerships Manager to help our Travel Consultants build high impact partnerships that drive sales and business growth.

The Channel Partnerships Manager Role:
In this varied B2B2C role, you will be working closely with our Travel Consultants, supporting them in identifying, negotiating, and onboarding partners who will use their existing audiences to recommend NJT Travel Consultants, expanding their reach and increasing sales opportunities.
You will also work closely with our Marketing Team to create compelling materials that attract new partners and enable them to effectively promote NJT to their customers. Additionally, you will collaborate with our Business Development Managers, who provide daily support to our Travel Consultants in growing their businesses.
What your day might look like:
1. Implementing a Partnerships Strategy which creates and maximises opportunities.
2. Successfully devising and delivering a training programme to our Travel Consultants covering the Partnership lifecycle from identifying new partners to contract renewals.
3. Supporting Travel Consultants to onboard new partners and build great relationships.
4. Working closely with our in-house Business Development Managers to ensure focus and consistency.
5. Collaborating with our Marketing team to create campaigns, events and tools which attract partners and support them to generate bookings.
6. Ensuring partners fully understand our offering and are motivated to promote and sell our holidays.
7. Regularly reviewing Travel Consultant, BDM, and Partner's feedback to ensure that all training, coaching, and marketing materials are fit for purpose and up to date.
About You:
1. Demonstrable experience in Partnership sales and account management.
2. Knowledge and proven experience of relevant Marketing techniques and application.
3. Ability to coach and mentor Travel Consultants on business development techniques in regard to successful partnerships.
4. Strong knowledge of the travel industry and with the ability to use own networks to identify relevant partnership opportunities.
5. Experience creating impactful training and learning materials.
6. Excellent data analysis skills.
7. Understanding of and extensive experience in creating partnership agreements, contracts, and commercial terms.
8. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
9. Strategic thinker who can develop and execute partnership strategies.
10. Energetic and motivational, able to inspire Travel Consultants and partners to drive sales.
