Assistant Tax Accountant
MCS Group is exclusively partnering with a global manufacturing firm in the Craigavon to look for a Assistant Tax Accountant to join their growing Northern Ireland finance function.

The Role:
* Reporting to the Indirect and Direct Tax Lead this role will be working as part of a team producing tax & financial reporting for several business units.
* Outputs will include periodic reporting to HMRC/Revenue.
* Input into relevant areas of monthly, quarterly and annual financial information and associated reporting to Pilgrims US.
* Complete all reporting in line with established group and HMRC/Revenue timetables.
* Deliver key balance sheet account reconciliations which will feed into the overall entity reconciliations.
* Complete relevant areas in relation to periodic tax postings and statutory accounting.
The Person:
* Qualified or part qualified ACA/ACCA/CIMA/CTA with a minimum 2 years' experience, or qualified by experience.
* Strong technical knowledge of International Financial Reporting Standards.
* Experience in preparing/reviewing corporation tax computations.
