Joining us as an HR Business Partner, you'll play a pivotal role in shaping the people strategy for your designated business areas, ensuring alignment with our new corporate plan, "Tenants at Heart". Acting as a trusted advisor, you'll proactively drive workforce planning, leadership development, and change initiatives, helping to create a high-performing and engaged workforce. Responsibilities will include, but aren't limited to: Strategic People Planning & Talent Development – Partnering with senior leaders on strategic workforce planning initiatives, forecasting talent needs, and identifying succession and development opportunities Stakeholder Engagement – Building strong, credible relationships with key stakeholders, acting as a trusted advisor and driving people performance. Employee Relations & Compliance – Providing expert advice on complex HR cases, ensuring a risk-based approach to employee relations and compliance. Change & Transformation – Managing business change initiatives, including restructures, TUPE and organisational transformation. Learning & Leadership Development – Identifying skills gaps and working with the Talent team to implement leadership and management development programs. Performance & Engagement – Using HR analytics to provide insights on workforce trends, engagement, and performance to inform decision-making. Our ideal candidate? We need a strategic and commercially astute HR leader with: MCIPD professional status (or equivalent experience). A strong background in HR business partnering, with experience advising on complex employee relations, workforce planning, talent management, and change programs. Proven experience of partnering with senior managers to influence and drive organisational and people performance. A data-driven mindset, with experience of using insights to influence business decisions and workforce strategies. Excellent stakeholder management, negotiation and coaching skills. A proactive, solutions-focused approach, with the ability to drive cultural change and challenge constructively. Who are Midland Heart?
