About the Role Join Epos Now's dynamic team and play a key role in driving the performance and evolution of our website, eposnow.com. As a Junior Ecommerce Executive, you’ll support website optimisation, user experience improvements, and key projects to enhance growth. Collaborating with marketing, developers, and product teams, you’ll contribute to shaping the future of our Ecommerce success. Key Responsibilities Assist in managing all online activities, including traffic acquisition, sales, conversion, A/B testing, and reporting. Support the successful migration of the website to a new CMS platform. Perform regular website audits to identify and resolve technical issues. Analyse user behavior using GA4, heatmaps, and session recordings to identify optimisation opportunities. Collaborate with teams to improve website performance, traffic acquisition, and customer experience. Drive A/B testing, landing page optimisation, and CRO strategies to boost conversions. Manage Ecommerce content, including pricing updates and new funnel creation. Research and implement new trends and technologies to improve website performance. Support the creation and maintenance of hands-off Ecommerce experiences for Nano and Micro merchants. Assist in developing internal upsell strategies and Ecommerce solutions to increase ARPU and customer retention. Ensure a seamless journey from product to partner ecosystem. Key Skills 1-3 years of experience in a similar role. Strong understanding of UX, web design, customer flow, and web analysis. Experience with traffic analysis, reporting tools, and optimisation strategies. Knowledge of A/B testing, website migrations, conversion optimisation, and sales journeys. Nice-to-Haves: Experience with UX tools (e.g., Figma, InDesign), Google Analytics, and VWO. Familiarity with PPC, SEO, social media, and affiliate channels. Background in fintech or SaaS.
