Are you a confident, organised, and adaptable individual with a passion for education? If so, we have the perfect opportunity for you! A secondary school in Huntingdon is looking for a reliable Cover Supervisor to step in and manage classrooms during teacher absences.
Your key responsibilities will include:
* Delivering pre-prepared lesson plans to ensure continuity of learning.
* Managing classroom behaviour to maintain a positive and productive environment.
* Supporting pupils with questions and helping them stay on task.
* Liaising with teachers and school staff to ensure a smooth handover.
This role is ideal for someone with previous classroom experience, such as a teaching assistant or tutor, or for those considering a career in teaching. All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
