We're looking for a Hire Controller to join a market leading supplier at their site in St Helens.
In this role, you'll be working in a busy and supportive team, ensuring smooth operations and top-tier service delivery.

What will you be doing as a Hire Controller?
1. Handling telephone, email, and face-to-face enquiries and orders from customers
2. Ensuring the accuracy of all paperwork, including hire and sales contracts, purchase orders, and stock transfers
3. Coordinating with the warehouse team to ensure the availability of equipment required for hire
4. Organising drivers to ensure timely and efficient delivery and collection of equipment
5. Adhering to company Health & Safety policies to ensure safe working practices
6. Maximising consumable sales opportunities at every interaction
7. Meeting deadlines for the accurate reporting of information
What do you need?
1. Previous experience in a similar role
2. Familiarity with InspHire software (or similar)
3. Excellent customer service and communication skills
4. Strong organisational skills and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
5. A full driving licence due to the location of the role
