Aspire Industrial Services Ltd is a leading supplier of PPE, RPE, uniforms, and branded workwear, with a strong reputation for excellence in the public and private sectors. We specialise in industrial supplies, branded workwear, and accredited training services, serving a wide range of industries, including construction, local authorities, and education.
We are expanding our sales team and seeking a results-driven Salesman to drive new business and manage existing accounts.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Sales Growth: Proactively identify and secure new business opportunities, driving sales of Aspire Industrial Services’ full product range, including PPE, uniforms, and training services.
2. Account Management: Develop and nurture relationships with existing clients, ensuring retention, repeat business, and contract extensions.
3. Framework Contracts: Maximise opportunities within existing public sector and framework agreements.
4. Client Engagement: Conduct client visits, site surveys, and product demonstrations to understand needs and provide tailored solutions.
5. Quoting & Negotiation: Prepare competitive quotes, negotiate terms, and close sales to achieve and exceed targets.
6. Collaboration: Work closely with the Operations, Customer Service, and Branding teams to ensure efficient order fulfilment and client satisfaction.
7. Market Research: Monitor industry trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback to identify opportunities for business growth.
8. CRM Management: Maintain accurate sales records and update the Syrinx system with all sales activities, quotes, and customer interactions.
Key Skills & Experience:
1. Proven experience in sales, ideally within the industrial supplies, PPE, or workwear sectors.
2. Strong understanding of B2B and public sector sales, with experience managing tender processes and framework agreements.
3. Ability to manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to close.
4. Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
5. Proficiency in using CRM systems (experience with Syrinx or Sage is an advantage).
6. Full UK driving licence (field sales required).
