A leading IT Consultancy is looking to recruit several customer service specialists to support a key end client. This is a fully remote position, but you will need to complete a 2-week training course at the end client based in London (Stratford)
You will
* Handle in-bound and out-bound calls, responding to customer complaints
* Escalating problems to the technical team or Supervisor
* Updating customer information in the company database
* Providing information about new and existing products and services
* Tracking and processing new orders and refunds
* Making sales and processing payments, when necessary
* Performing administrative tasks as assigned by the Supervisor
