Our client is a small and friendly established business that are seeking an Accounts Manager to join their team. They are a property management company that manage blocks of flats, tenancies, lock up garages, deal with ground rents and more. This is a crucial role within the business and would ideally suit someone who is local to their area and able to work every day from Monday - Friday, 10am -4pm. There is flexibility on hours and the role could become hybrid once the successful candidate has a good grasp of the business and has built a good relationship with the existing team. The role will include producing quarterly accounts, bank reconciliations, credit control duties and ledgers. You will work on accounts on behalf of a number of businesses that our client deals with. If the successful candidate has a background in the property management industry, this would be a distinct advantage but all applicants that are local to the area and with an accounting background will be considered. Experience of using VECO will be a huge advantage but full training can be given. £20 - 25PH Depending on experience level
