A privately owned specialist sub contractor are currently looking to add to their strong Help Desk team at their head office. Operating throughout the South East of England, the organisation has recently been recognised in the Sunday Times fastest growing private companies in the UK after a strong first half of 2024, and are looking to continue that momentum by adding to their talented workforce.
The successful candidate will; manage phone call and email requests, manage and schedule engineer works, use our Job Management System for day-to-day operations. We are looking for someone who is able to work as part of a team and independently, and can follow procedures and policies as requested. Being punctual, reliable and professional at all times is key, and they'll plenty of opportunity for training and career development.
