Account Handler
I am looking for an Account Handler to join a Global Insurance firm based in Chelmsford or Glasgow.
As an Account Handler, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of claims. You will be expected to provide exceptional customer service to clients and ensure that all claims are handled in a timely and efficient manner.
Key Responsibilities:
* Responsible for handling a portfolio of property & liability claims, from investigation to settlement.
* Ensuring company standards are met in relation to all technical and operational policies and procedures.
* Liaising with insured, insurers/brokers to achieve a timely conclusion of claims.
* Ensuring invoices raised are accurate and timely.
* Attending client review meetings.
Key Requirements:
* Property claims handling experience with an Insurer or Loss Adjuster.
* Good customer service, confident and professional manner when dealing with clients.
* Have achieved CII qualification or keen to work towards insurance qualifications such as CILA or Cert CII.
