The Role:
As one of our 2nd Line IT Support Engineers, youll be the go-to expert who bridges the gap between our 1st line and 3rd Line engineers. Your responsibilities include:
Tackle Complex Challenges: Use your skills to solve intricate issues and provide top-notch support.
Mentor and Guide: Support our 1st Line team by reviewing their work and guiding them through escalated problems.
Innovate and Improve: Identify trends and opportunities for improvement, ensuring our support processes are always evolving.
Key Skills & Experience:
Proven experience as a 2nd Line IT Support Engineer.
Proficiency in Active Directory, Microsoft servers, and virtualization technologies (Hyper-V / VMware).
Strong networking skills and experience with backup solutions.
Hands-on experience with O365 and MS Exchange.
A detail-oriented mindset to ensure thorough vetting checks.
