Our client are looking for a legal assistant to join their busy conveyancing department, where they pride themselves on delivering exceptional legal services. We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Paralegal to support the team in providing first-rate conveyancing services to their clients.
This is a full time office based role.
Key Responsibilities:
• Assist solicitors with all aspects of conveyancing transactions from inception to completion.
• Prepare and review legal documents related to property transactions.
• Conduct title searches and property due diligence.
• Liaise with clients, estate agents, and other legal professionals.
• Manage and organise case files efficiently.
• Ensure compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements.
Requirements:
• Proven experience in a conveyancing role is essential.
• An understanding of the conveyancing process and property law would be beneficial.
• Excellent organisational and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficiency in legal research and document management software.
• A keen eye for detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
