This role is based at our Cramlington office and offers a fantastic opportunity for individuals with experience in recruitment, customer service or sales to join a well-established business. With over 20 years of experience, we are trusted by construction and engineering companies regionally and across the UK.
The Opportunity
We’re looking for a driven individual who is keen to grow their career while contributing to the success of our department. In this role, you’ll work closely with our experienced teams, developing an established client and candidate database. You’ll need excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and a strong ability to understand and deliver on the needs of both clients and candidates.

Key Responsibilities
* Client & Candidate Consultation: Offer expert advice and tailored support to meet the needs of both clients and candidates.
* Candidate Sourcing: Attract and identify candidates through networking, market research, and other methods.
* Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates in a competitive marketplace.
* Candidate Assessment: Conduct interviews - both over the phone and in-person to assess suitability for roles.
* Process Coordination: Act as a liaison between candidates and clients, managing the interview and placement process smoothly.
