About The Role
You will be responsible for:
* Supporting and managing your team of Care and Support Workers in the community.
* You will be the go-to person to solve complex queries when they arise.
* Using your experience and problem-solving skills to deliver care solutions to the community.
* Working in close partnership with both the Care Manager and Care Coordinator you will connect the office with the service user.
* You will also use your experience to provide quality control of care services, constantly seeking out ways to provide higher levels of care.
This is a community-based role where you will be responsible for managing your team and undertaking reviews and audits of care packages.
You will be ideally suited if you are:
* Self-motivated.
* Well-organised.
* Reliable .
* An effective communicator.

Salary: Up to £31,008.00 per year
