What You'll Be Doing:

Managing a range of commercial property transactions.
*
Advising clients including SMEs, developers, investors, and landowners.
*
Drafting, negotiating, and completing leases, acquisitions, sales, and development agreements.

Building and maintaining trusted client relationships.
*
Contributing to business development and the wider growth of the team.
What We're Looking For:

A qualified solicitor (ideally 2-6 PQE, but flexible) with solid experience in commercial property.

Strong technical skills with a proactive, solution-focused mindset.
*
Excellent client service and communication skills.
*
A team player who enjoys working in a collaborative, high-performing environment.
