The ideal candidate for Office Administrator will support in the smooth operation of the business by providing clerical and administrative support. This position requires excellent organisational skills, proficiency in computerised systems, and a strong ability to manage data entry tasks efficiently. The role is a genuine Temp 2 Perm opportunity after 3 months. Flexibility with regards to start and finish times between the hours of 08.30 - 17.30 - basic hours 25 - 30 per week. Responsibilities of Office Administrator Dealing with incoming and outgoing correspondence Data entry, retrieval and database management Creating and managing documents and spreadsheets Raising invoices Speaking to customers via email and phone to answer queries and resolve issues Carrying out administrative tasks to support the business Experience and Skills for Office Administrator Experience using MS Office Software ( Word, Excel, Outlook) Fluent in English Excellent communication and collaboration skills Highly motivated Team working, able to build strong relationship Exceptional time management skills Excellent phone manner. Experience in an Admin role
