We are looking for an experienced and driven Project Manager to join our team. We are seeking an individual who can successfully manage the full life cycle of projects in a professional and efficient manner. Main tasks include developing project scope, producing detailed proposals, appraising delivery teams' RAMs, completing a Construction Phase Plan, and ensuring timely, budget-conscious, and quality project delivery. Effective resource and relationship management with various groups is necessary. Risk analysis and communication with stakeholders is vital. Collaboration with internal teams is necessary for financial management. Substantial experience in Stakeholder Management and experience in completing the full life cycle of projects, including project management and staff/operatives' supervision, is essential. The ability to proactively plan and drive projects forward, with a strong sense of achievement and expectation of high standards of work, is important. Finally, the capability to manage multiple projects and programs simultaneously is important.
