This role requires a strong ability to identify product improvements, balance stakeholder needs, inspire and motivate teams, and write comprehensive requirements for effective solution development. Write complete, prioritised, and traceable requirements with testable success metrics. Prioritisation: Contribute compelling ideas and creative options for effective solution development. Identify important, unsolved customer problems and constraints, and recommend clear, supported solutions. Stakeholder Management: Specify stakeholders and define clear roles for decision-making. Balance the needs of customers, the company, and partners. Team Leadership: Inspire, energise, and motivate cross-functional teams to deliver their best work. Provide clear objectives to help teams prioritise work and push back on low-impact tasks. Continuous Improvement: Identify areas for process improvements that can make a material business impact. Filter opportunities to focus on the critical few and identify root causes of problems. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate effectively with engineering, marketing, sales, and customer support teams. Present effectively to groups and communicate sound, data-based decisions.
