A truly multi-faceted role that is at the heart of our business, the Talent Partner is responsible for ownership of live recruitment within their area of the business. Reporting into the Talent Manager, this is a role for someone who is a confident communicator, hardworking and ambitious individual, who has the candidate experience front of mind at all times. The Talent Partner is a true partner to divisional stakeholders, offering insights, hiring best practices and best in class candidates to vacancies.
As a Talent Partner you will:
* Take ownership for all live recruitment across LOOKFANTASTIC Marketing & Trading teams from entry to manager level.
* Manage the end-to-end recruitment process to provide a great candidate experience, including briefing, sourcing, shortlisting and conducting screening interviews; assessing candidates against role requirements and providing feedback; through to offer negotiation and on-boarding.
* Partner with stakeholders across the division to foster great working relationships. Regular face time will be critical as you won’t just be advising on live vacancies but also on structures, contingency planning and managing monthly approvals with the Talent Manager.
* Proactively build relationships across the Beauty People team, regularly informing and keeping the team up to date with relevant updates from your area of the business.
* Be a true THG Beauty Brand Ambassador – looking for new ways to showcase THG as an employer of choice.
* Support on ad hoc Talent projects as required.
What experience & skills do I need for this role?
* A strong track record in a similar Talent/Recruiter role; this could be in house or agency.
* Great communicator; able to build and maintain relationships across the division with a range of stakeholders.
* Ability to work at pace, things move fast here at THG, so you'll need to be able to perform well in a pacey and agile environment.
* Strong knowledge of the local marketplace for talent. Building relationships for both short-term and long-term recruiting needs.
* Time-management - prioritisation of workload is paramount.
* Influencing & negotiating with candidates & hiring managers alike.
* Attention to detail. It's the little things that matter; you should be able to demonstrate giving great candidate experience.
* Data focused; able to demonstrate key hiring metrics/KPI’s and pull insights.
