We have a permanent role for an energetic problem solver who is highly organised and a good people person. If you have experience in retail or administration and processes and would like to work for the ‘Best Place to Work’ award winners, Lewis Manning Hospice Care, this role could be for you.
You will be responsible for providing a professional and commercially focused approach to support the retail operations whilst enhancing the Lewis-Manning Hospice Care brand externally. The Retail Coordinator will help support the retail division by making sure that the operations are managed effectively. The principal objective is to develop, enhance and maintain the operations and processes to drive the sales and margin success of the business.
Understanding of Microsoft packages is critical to this role. Equally, an ability to multitask and be flexible are essential.
The Retail Coordinator will work closely with all departments at Lewis-Manning and play a key part in the team generating as much income as possible and delivering excellent customer service.

To be great in this job you must be able to put your existing organisational and IT skills to effective use via retail trading operations. You will know what it’s like to work in a busy retail environment and demonstrate excellent Health & Safety practices.

Although based in one location, you may be required to travel to any Lewis-Manning Hospice location to cover sickness/holidays/absence.
The Person
The successful applicant will have experience of;
1. Experience of working in a similar role or willing to learn.
2. Good organisational skills.
3. Understanding of safe working practices in a retail environment.
4. Experience of working with the public.
5. Full clean driving licence & own transport.
