In this specialised role, you will provide coordinated nursing care to housebound patients, ensuring they receive the essential support they need. You will offer a wide range of clinical nursing services, including wound management, medication administration, end-of-life care, symptom control, palliative care, catheter care, and phlebotomy, all tailored to meet the unique needs of your patients. To be considered for this position, you must be qualified as a Nurse with a current active NMC Pin.
