Description
Join our vibrant team at Superior Healthcare as a Positive Behaviour Support Practitioner in our Whitstable branch. This is a brand-new role for our service so it’s a great opportunity to make it your own!
The role:
As a PBS Specialist, you will be responsible for providing PBS support to our existing Kent clients and new referrals, by conducting functional assessments and developing and implementing PBS plans with the client, their families and the care team.
This role is ideal for a healthcare professional with a valid HCPC, UK-SBA, or BACB registration or registered nurse. We’re seeking someone who values person-centered care and thrives in a team committed to continually enhancing their practices to deliver the highest standard of care.
We’re dedicated to supporting your success. Our 37.5-hour-per-week PBS Practitioner role includes ongoing CPD opportunities to ensure you feel fully prepared and thrive in your new position. This role offers a salary of £35,000 – £40,000, dependent on experience.
About Superior Healthcare:
Superior Healthcare was established in response to our founders’ personal experience of caring for a family member who has an acquired brain injury.
Today we work as a specialist provider in complex care at home, with a full nurse-led service, providing care for children, young people and adults who have long-term health conditions. For us, it’s personal.
Superior Healthcare is an Equal Opportunities Employer (agy). Registration is subject to Enhanced DBS check and references.
