This is an exciting opportunity for a Business Change Manager to join a Global Insurance Business on an initial 6 month Inside IR35 contract. The ideal candidate for this role will have worked on a Shared Service Transition project as well as Target Operating Model experience. The roleholder is to proactively support the business to prepare for, deliver and adopt a wide variety of change activity and initiatives, with a focus on the human behaviour and the people impact of change and embedding new ways of working withing the organization. Key Responsibilities: · Lead on and integrating change management activities into the overall business / programme objectives and delivery plans. · Develop and implement specific change strategies · Identify and engage key stakeholders across the organisation, fostering collaboration and ensuring their support and commitment to change initiatives. · Conduct readiness assessments, evaluate results and present findings in a logical and easy-to-understand manner. · Oversee development of actionable and targeted change management plans - including communication plan, stakeholder analysis, communications and training plans.
