We are currently recruiting for a Client Engagement Coordinator to join our team. You will support the Market Success Business Lines Benefit, Mobility, and Pay with various administrative duties. Including client operational engagement and reporting across all aspects of the Edenred PayTech services. This role will require you to be proactive in identifying and implementing areas for improvement to the service, in line with Edenred PayTech principles and core values. Relationship Management is a key part of this role and the Client Engagement Coordinator will need to develop and maintain strong working relationships with internal teams at Edenred PayTech, customers and third parties. Role and Responsibilities: Admin Tasks Being the point of contact for customers and internal teams on all queries Operational service reviews & capacity planning Working effectively with our stakeholders Drive process improvement and efficiency internally and with the client Develop strong understanding of client programmes and ensure appropriate documentation is in place and maintained to support the relationship. Regular review and prioritisation of client tickets Support the operations team in the resolution of incidents, including any additional communication to clients if applicable.
