Job Description
* All tasks required to assist in the production of high-quality transfers and emblems.
* Reclaiming, preparing, and making high-quality screens to match production requirements and workflow.
* Ensuring all screen room functions are met (including managing wastewater filtration & purification, maintenance of machinery, maintaining stock levels, etc).
* Maintaining and following all Health & Safety procedures within the screen room.
* Provide cover/support for all roles/departments within the Company as and when required to meet the needs of the business.
* Comply with all company instructions including verbal instructions from your line manager, written memorandums, the Health & Safety Policy, and Employer Handbook.
* Always carrying out your duties professionally, courteously, and in a timely manner.
* Consistently and accurately following all production protocols and procedures to ensure consistent product type and quality.
* Reporting all known production protocol deviations (including modified methods of production, errors, or product abnormalities) to your line manager.
Qualifications
* Relevant experience a distinct advantage.
* Self-starter & proactive.
* Team player – must enjoy working in a team environment, with the ability to liaise with other members of the team to get a task done.
* Flexible - able to adapt to a constantly changing environment and willing to take on additional or alternative tasks as required.
