You will be responsible for the manufacturing of panels / components as detailed within Land Systems work instructions, engineering drawings, work requests and verbal instructions, internal and external processes and procedures. This will include certification of own work when applicable. Key Responsibilities Aluminium Cutting Plywood cutting Foam cutting Panel Laminating Assembly activities Detailing of Panels Following written instructions or working to drawings Working as part of a team. Using online booking system for booking on and off job tickets. Working to budget and identifying any related issues Assisting line supervision in the supervision of Apprentices / Trainees when required. Capability Behavioural Competencies: Attention to detail Pride in work standards Ability to communicate work progress to peers/ managers Able to build good team relationships Experience/ Technical Competence: Experience in Manufacturing / fabrication or equivalent trade is preferred but not essential. The ability to read and understand Engineering drawings is required. Experience in Composite panel manufacture is preferred. Flexible and reliable approach to work Understanding and experience in Manufacturing and Assembly processes and techniques is preferred. Understanding of Lean Manufacturing and 5s techniques. Awareness of Health and Safety, Fire and Environmental Policies.
