Registered Building Inspector
Location: Hampshire
Hours: 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday

Class 2 A, B & D Registered Building Inspector
Experience in Building Control
Positive attitude and determination
Strong analytical thinking and attention to detail
Excellent customer service and computer skills
Full UK driving license
Roles and Responsibilities
Provide professional Building Control services to clients
Manage project workload efficiently
Advise on fee quotes and check compliance with Building Regulations
Conduct site inspections to ensure compliance with regulations
Assist and advise customers on general queries
Achieve or maintain the appropriate Class and Subclass registration
Adhere to quality manuals, procedures, and codes of conduct
