Concord Environmental Technologies specializes in the design, installation, and maintenance of Building Energy Management Systems (BEMS). With over 30 years of expertise, we focus on building long-term relationships with our customers while delivering technical excellence and outstanding customer service. Our services include bespoke BEMS design, control panel manufacture, electrical installation, commissioning, system validation, BEMS maintenance, energy monitoring & analysis, and system enhancement and upgrade. We are a Trend Technology Centre (TTC) and work on various BEMS including Trend and Distech Controls.
Role Description
This is a full-time role for a Small Works BMS Project Engineer located in the West Midlands. The role involves project management, project planning, and project engineering for building management systems. The Project Engineer will handle BEMS design, control panel manufacturing, electrical installations, commissioning, and system validations.
Qualifications
* Strong skills in Project Management, Project Planning, and Project Engineering
* Proficiency in Trend's System Engineer Tool (SET)
* Proficiency in Electrical Engineering
* Ability to work effectively on-site and collaborate with a diverse team
* Experience with BEMS and Environmental Controls is a plus
* Problem-solving skills and attention to detail
