As a Sales Administrator, your responsibilities will include….
• Dealing with sales enquiries and outstanding customer service
• Providing support External Business Development Managers and wider sales team
• Providing quotations in line with customer requirements
• Forecasting and managing sales opportunities along with project pursuit activities
• CRM & database management, ensuring records are kept accurately
We’re looking for a Sales Administrator who has the following skills and experience…
• Experience working as a Sales Administrator, ideally manufacturing/engineering
• Happy to pick up the phone and speak to customers
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Happy with computers and some experience using CRM systems
• Be well organised and be able to prioritise tasks
• A problem-solving attitude and an eye for detail
In return, the successful Sales Administrator will receive a basic salary of £24,000 - £28,000 and up to £11,000 OTE, plus the following benefits…
