We are seeking a dedicated SSBT Product & Technical support co-ordinator to join our department. This new role is designed to support our expanding commitments across both support and product functions, while fostering continuous improvement within the team. The addition of this role will enable our current team to grow and collaborate with the new co-ordinator on a daily basis, focusing on delivering long-term objectives.
Responsibilities
* Support the seamless integration and functionality of SSBT (Self-Service Betting Terminal) systems.
* Analyse product performance and generate insights to guide strategic decisions.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure product and operational alignment.
* Manage and regularly review the operational plan and related documentation to ensure alignment with line management requirements.
* Identify and implement opportunities for continuous improvement within the department.
* Provide day-to-day support to the team, fostering a collaborative and growth-oriented environment.
* Assist in the development and execution of long-term objectives for both support and product functions.
Skills & Experience
What you’ll need to succeed
* Be 18+ and have the right to work in the UK.
* Strong analytical skills with experience in product analysis and operational support.
* Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
* Proficiency in managing and reviewing operational plans and documentation.
* Demonstrated ability to drive continuous improvement initiatives.
* A passion for sports, betting and gaming is beneficial but not essential.
* An eagerness to learn, develop and flourish within the Betfred family.
This role is crucial in supporting the department’s growth and ensuring the delivery of strategic objectives.
