Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and deliver high-quality science lessons up to and including GCSE.
* Use a diverse range of teaching strategies to engage students in their learning.
* Foster a positive and supportive classroom atmosphere.
* Assess student progress and provide constructive feedback to aid their learning.
* Work collaboratively with colleagues to enhance the science curriculum and ensure consistency across the department.
* Prepare students with the knowledge and skills for science exams and assessments.
