Position Overview: We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Marketing Manager to lead our marketing initiatives. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in digital marketing, brand management, and a passion for early childhood education. This role requires a strategic thinker who can develop and execute marketing plans that align with our mission and drive growth.
Key Responsibilities:
* Strategic Planning: Develop and implement comprehensive multi-channel marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and drive membership growth.
* Digital Marketing: Create digital content and manage social media channels including Instagram, Pinterest, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn, and emails.
* SEO: Lead SEO optimization efforts to enhance online presence.
* PR: Build and maintain relationships with journalists, bloggers, and industry publications to secure positive media coverage and press opportunities. Position Early Years Staffroom Ltd as a thought leader in early childhood education by securing speaking opportunities, guest articles, and media appearances. Identify and cultivate strategic partnerships and collaborations to expand brand reach and influence.
* Content Creation: Produce engaging and informative content, including newsletters, emails, blog posts, and promotional materials, that resonate with our target audience.
* Campaign Management: Plan and execute marketing campaigns aligned with educational themes and company objectives, utilizing data-driven insights to optimize performance.
* Brand Management: Ensure consistent messaging and branding across all platforms and communications.
* Market Research: Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive insights to inform marketing strategies.
* Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams, including resource creators and customer support, to align marketing efforts with product offerings and member needs. Attend and market Early Years Staffroom at Early Years Conferences.
* Reports: Report to the Managing Director on a monthly basis of what has been achieved and forward planning.
Qualifications:
* Bachelor’s degree in Digital Marketing.
* Minimum of 1 year of experience in a marketing role, preferably within the education sector, in the UK.
* Proven experience in digital marketing, including social media management, SEO, and email marketing.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
* Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
* Creative thinker with a passion for early childhood education.
Salary: £45,000 Pro Rata - 3 Days a week
